What happens when you call
1. Review the location
We discuss the time of the shot, last known deer location, tracking already completed and property access. Our team reviews weather, airspace and applicable requirements before confirming a flight.
2. Search with thermal imaging
The drone scans for heat signatures that may indicate a deer. Cover, terrain, weather and time since the shot can limit visibility. Thermal imaging does not guarantee a successful recovery.
3. Coordinate on the ground
If a downed deer is located, we share its position to help coordinate retrieval with appropriate property access. Tell us about boundaries or access issues before entering neighboring land.
